We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our service users, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users with personal and intimate care, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Manage care plans, responding to emergencies and handling communications in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of care plans, working closely with health professionals and other stakeholders.
- Assist with daily living tasks, ensuring the living environment and personal belongings of service users are maintained to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of care, adhering to CrossReach's policies and procedures.
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve this qualification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to service users.
