About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide wakeful night cover and assist with personal care
  • Manage equipment needs and liaise with health professionals as required
  • Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care
  • Promote mental and physical activity and handle emergency calls
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
