About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach, a leading provider of social care services in Scotland. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our service users are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide wakeful night cover, ensuring the needs of our service users are met
  • Act as a key worker, assisting with personal care, managing equipment needs, and liaising with health professionals as required
  • Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care
  • Promote mental and physical activity
  • Handle emergency calls
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
