About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach, a leading social care provider in Scotland. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our service users are met in alignment with our Christian ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide wakeful night cover, assisting with personal care, managing equipment needs, and liaising with health professionals as required.
  • Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care, promoting mental and physical activity, and handling emergency calls.
  • Act as a key worker, supporting service users to live life to the full, whatever their circumstances.

Requirements:

  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, for completing e-learning courses and reporting.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
