Key Responsibilities- Develop and review care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Assist with personal and intimate care, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
- Liaise with health professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Support mental and physical activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Maintain a high standard of personal environment and effects, ensuring a safe and comfortable living space.
- Hold or be working towards an SVQ 3 in Social Care.
- Have basic computer literacy skills.
- Be respectful of our Christian ethos and able to work within it.
- Be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
- Be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
