Facilities Manager - Wilmslow - Full time 

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our award winning team Preferably with a background in FM project management or operational management. As an enthusiastic people manager you will have managed site based multi-skilled teams, plus sub-contractors ensuring high levels of delivery within a CPI's, KPI's, PI's environment and managed, monitored and controlled costs ensuring achievements of financial targets. As you will play a key role in the audit process you will be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting. 

You will be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams. Holding an OSH certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of driving a safety culture across a site team.

Proficient in IT; you must be competent in MS Office, with the ability to navigate data and present in excel, powerpoint and word as a minimum.

This is a full integrated Facilities Management scope; technical, catering, cleaning, pest, waste, projects, with a heavy steer to delivering excellence in customer experience, focussing on 5* delivery of customer service. We work collaboratively with our client to deliver the exceptional, everyday through engaging and incentivising the whole team, finding innovative solutions, embracing data and technology to drive outcomes. We are looking for an ambitious leader who is energetic, resilient and dynamic.

Main duties 

Manage the site scope and team in the operational delivery of the contract requirements and services delivery in line with MITIE's values and standards. Ensure compliance to technical statutory, mandatory & routine maintenance, utilising the on site team and sub contractors Ensure appropriate contract administration and record keeping is maintained, performing monthly and quarterly self audits for client review Establish and maintain appropriate subcontract arrangements using MITIE's subcontract documentation and ensure regular performance reviews are undertaken. Liaise with the Account Director on procurement, variations, and contract changes within the allocated Contract(s) to maximise value for money. Ensure compliance of all Health & Safety Legislation and procedures and assist and support audit processes. Conduct Team Meetings to agreed frequencies and attend all contractual meetings . Produce monthly and ad hoc reports, collating and validating data and documentation. To include but not limited to FM services To provide regular and effective feedback to Account Manager on the performance management of the contract(s) for all aspects of service delivery, staff management and legal compliance. Responsible for the appropriate selection, recruitment, management, training, and retention of staff in line with MITIE's HR policy and procedures. Development of MITIE people and succession plans for the contract within the management of the role. To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holder's capability, according to the needs of the business.
