The Guest Manager ideally withBusiness Development Experience will play a critical role inenhancing guest satisfaction and driving direct bookings. Thisposition requires a strategic thinker with a passion forhospitality and a proven track record in business development. Theideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest relationsimproving guest experience and developing strategies to increasedirect bookings.

GuestRelations Management:
Oversee all aspects of guest experience from prearrival topostdeparture.
Ensure high levelsof guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaintspromptly.
Foster a welcoming andpositive environment for allguests.
Implement and maintainguest feedback systems to improve service qualitycontinuously.

BusinessDevelopment:
Developand execute strategies to increase direct bookings through variouschannels including the company website social media and emailmarketing.
Identify and establishpartnerships with travel agents corporate clients and otherpotential business partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identifyopportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaignsand promotions to attract new guests and retain existingones.

OperationalExcellence:
Monitor andmanage the daytoday operations to ensure seamless guestexperiences.
Train and mentorstaff to uphold the highest standards of customerservice.
Implement and refinestandard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and guestsatisfaction.
Work closely withhousekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure all guestneeds are met promptly andeffectively.

FinancialManagement:
Managebudgets related to guest services and business developmentinitiatives.
Track and report onkey performance indicators related to guest satisfaction andbooking rates.
Optimize pricingstrategies to maximize revenue and occupancyrates.

Innovationand Improvement:
Stayuptodate with industry trends and bestpractices.
Continuously seek waysto innovate and improve the guestexperience.
Introduce newservices and amenities based on guest feedback and marketdemand.



RequirementsIdeally a degree in Hospitality Management Business Administrationor a relatedfield.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in a guest management role with afocus on businessdevelopment.
Proven track record of increasing direct bookings and enhancingguestexperience.
Strong leadership and team managementskills.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive businessdecisions.
Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevanttools.
