Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of customer service.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Manage budgets related to guest services and business development initiatives.

Requirements
  • Ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a guest management role with a focus on business development.
  • Proven track record of increasing direct bookings and enhancing guest experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant tools.
