- Develop and execute strategies to increase direct bookings through various channels.
- Identify and establish partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential business partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of customer service.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Manage budgets related to guest services and business development initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to guest satisfaction and booking rates.
- Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a guest management role with a focus on business development.
- Proven track record of increasing direct bookings and enhancing guest experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant tools.
