No two days on the railway are the same, with over , customers travelling on our network weekly, our Customer Service Assistants play a vital role in making a difference to our customers journey whether that is selling them refreshments from the Onboard shop or delivering an exceptional at seat service of our wonderful range of food and drinks in First Class. In this role you will have a chance to share your spark and make our customers experience memorable as they travel across the network. This is an important role for us, so we really need the right person.
