The FA are looking for a tenacious, driven individual to join the Experiences by Wembley Stadium team.

As Account Executive - Private Boxes you will be responsible for managing, developing, and retaining relationships with box-holders by providing a quality membership service with an authentic, professional approach at all touch points. You will also look to maximise ad-hoc hospitality sales revenue opportunities across all Concert & Option Events located at Wembley Stadium and identify opportunities to improve the value proposition amongst Wembley Stadium box-holders and create retention opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the earlier stages of their career, looking to build on their experience and grow professionally at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

What will you be doing? Ensure that the Wembley Stadium box-holder services are delivered by owning and building excellent account management relationships with potential and existing box-holders Ensure existing and potential Wembley box-holders receive a consistently excellent level of customer service in all interactions and that commitments are met, and expectations exceeded Ensure high level management of box-holders day to day requirements Identify potential leads, referrals, and upgrade opportunities with existing box-holders to enable future long-term sales Responsible for delivering in a fast-paced ad-hoc hospitality sales role by selling a quality product to corporate and individual clients across all Concert & Option events at Wembley Stadium Individually manage all levels of the customer journey from point of purchase to pre-event communications, including providing high level customer service and timely responses to all emails received in the Experiences hospitality inbox Identify new business opportunities through all routes to market and proactively follow and close leads to generate sales Able to use and interrogate data to assist in decision making process, ensuring sound judgement is exercised at all times. Develop and maintain key relationships and keep accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information using the CRM system, ensuring compliance with GDPR at all times. Be present at event day and Connections events as and when required. Understanding of all premium products and intuitively know how to position them accurately depending on the customer profile. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in Hospitality Operations, Ticketing and Digital Technology to ensure the customer experience is consistently delivered at all touch points. Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained. As part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check. The level of the check required will be based on the activity of the specific job role and in line with legislation and government guidance. What are we looking for?

Beneficial to have:

Our Organisation

The Football Association [The FA] is the not-for-profit governing body of football in England. It is responsible for promoting and developing every level of the game, from grassroots through to the professional game, and generates significant revenue to support investment into English football each year.

The FA oversees England international teams across men's, women's, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women's Super League, FA Women's Championship, and Women's Adobe FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park,  all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.

We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary. 

Your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of Wembley Stadium or St. George's Park unless the role is advertised as a home-based contract. The contractual location of this role can be found at the top of this advert on our FA vacancy page.
