Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Ticketing & Box Office Executive who will support in managing and developing the ticketing operation for OVO Arena Wembley.
You Will Be Responsible For
Event setup and management, from creating manifests to show night and signing off figures. Collaborate with Ticketing/Box Office teams and hirers to optimize event configurations, manage seat availability, advise on price breaks and handle ticket sales through to final reconciliation. Coordinate with Ticketing Company/Agents/Promoter for accurate show setup. Oversee Box Office operations on show days. Assist Front of House Manager with ticketing/Box Office customer complaints. Maintain seating plans database and grosses; liaise with ticketing supplier. Report daily sales figures to promoters. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and ASM Global Health & Safety Policy. Utilize resources efficiently to reduce waste and costs. Lead and manage using key competencies: planning, problem-solving, decision-making, performance management. Perform additional relevant duties as directed by the Manager.You Will Have
Previous experience in ticketing or a box office environment. Exceptional customer service. Excellent written, telephone and interpersonal skills. Proven ticket sales experience. Passion for the live events industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages; including Excel.A degree of flexibility is necessary as some evening and weekend work may be required.
