What you'll do

You will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear and understandable information, focusing on helping, supporting, and guiding customers to make their financial lives easier. With training and support, you will gain the knowledge and expertise to answer customer queries across various financial services, including credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
