Sales Account Manager

Aldridge

Monday-Friday day shifts

Our Client are a leading provider of container solutions, offering sales, hire, and modification services to a diverse range of clients. With a commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, they aim to exceed expectations in every interaction.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses, and maximizing sales opportunities while upholding our company values and standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

You will need to be able to:

  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels
  • Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries, maximising sales opportunities
  • Prepare and send quotations, following up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Seek new business opportunities and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support team objectives and goals
  • Adhere to company and statutory policies, processes and procedures
  • Undertake training as required to enhance skills and knowledge

 

Workforce operate from several prime locations in the area and are likely to have an office right near you. Our team offer a unique service tailored to match your precise needs,and can assist you with the following job roles: Sales Manager, Business Development, Field Sales, Sales Executive, Telesales, Telemarketing and Account Managers.

You will need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving results
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality

Package:

  • Salary: £30,867 per annum, plus commission
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 TBC
