We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their commercial insurance needs, including general enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Manage a portfolio of larger client insurance programs, ensuring seamless delivery of services and excellent client outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of our commercial insurance team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a commercial insurance broking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-class commercial insurance classes and a positive approach to client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and systems, such as SSP and Applied Epic.
