SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
£30,867 per annum + Uncapped Bonus & exceptional Company Benefits
Our client has a rich history of over 40 years in the industry and is currently experiencing growth, leading to the need for an additional team member.
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be expected to adopt a dynamic and proactive approach, fostering relationships and enhancing existing customer connections while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Providing customized solutions by assessing individual customer needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Negotiating pricing for products, basic conversion tasks, and transport sales with suppliers.
- Generating quotations using our proprietary software system.
- Following up on all leads and active quotations to optimize sales potential.
- Processing all orders through our quotation and CRM systems, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Managing customer accounts to nurture relationships and secure ongoing business.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a fast-paced sales environment and demonstrate a successful track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, operating Monday to Friday.
