As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be supporting the Sales Office Manager and the Sales Team in retaining current business, winning new business, and managing all aspects of sales administration including analysing sales data at all levels (product groups, products, pricing, customers) to identify areas of improvement for the business and supporting the broader Sales team.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for thedaily management of sales admin inbox and daily margin analysis with a focus on low-margin resolution.

Pricing products for new business and tender opportunities - using our internal databases to cross reference and price new business and tenders and completing customer sales and KPI reports monthly and as required.

Customer price reviews - completing supporting analysis to implement price changes by product and by customer, handling the detailed information from our systems to complete this commercial exercise.

Sales Analysis - working with the Account Management team, preparing ad hoc sales analysis by customer (at product summary and detail level, gap analysis.

What do I need to be successful?

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

Excel skills. Self-organised, flexible, motivated. Numerate and literate with a strong ability to analyse. Ability to analyse and resolve problems. Customer quoting and pricing Implementation. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication skills.
