The role overview is to manage customer overriders and rebates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key

Responsibilities:
  • Setup: Establish customer overriders and rebates with the commercial team and Master Data.
  • Verification: Ensure accurate accrual of all overriders and rebates.
  • Deductions: Agree on and clear customer deductions from the sales ledger.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accruals for each overrider and rebate.
  • Aged Balances: Manage and resolve aged balances promptly.
  • Maintenance: Keep an up-to-date master list of all rebate agreements.
  • Systemisation: Lead efforts to minimise manual accruals.
  • Support: Provide ad-hoc financial support to the team.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in a financial or rebates analyst role.
    • Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
