  • Monitoring Progress: Regularly monitor and assess the progress of the students you support, maintaining detailed records and providing feedback to teaching staff and parents. Your observations will be critical in shaping future learning plans and interventions.

  • Mental Health Awareness: Promote mental health and well-being within the school, providing a supportive environment where students feel comfortable discussing their concerns. You will be a key part of the school's pastoral care team, offering advice and guidance to students as needed.

  • Parental Liaison: Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being. Your communication will help build a strong partnership between home and school, ensuring a cohesive approach to the student’s development.

  • Safeguarding: Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding by ensuring the welfare and safety of all students. You will be vigilant in identifying and reporting any concerns, contributing to a safe and nurturing school environment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
