Our Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a relevant professional housing qualification (level 5 or working towards it).
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience as Head of Housing, Regional Housing Manager, or Housing Operations Manager.
  • Digital-savvy and loves using tech to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Connects effortlessly with diverse customer segments, including the vulnerable and hard-to-reach.
  • Expert in relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
