Registered Manager – Nursing Home

Location:  Clowne S43, and is commutable from areas including Chesterfield, Worksop, Mansfield and Sheffield.

CQC Rating:  GOOD

Hours : This is a full-time position which includes a share of on call duties.

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the running of the nursing home. This will include but is not limited to, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, budgets are maintained, and all regulatory requirements are adhered to within defined timescales. We will look to you to lead the team, providing support whilst ensuring the delivery of quality care is maintained through assessment, guidance and supervision.

Our team:  You will receive input and support from a Senior Management team and our experienced staff team including a Deputy Nurse Manager. Applicants invited to interview will have the opportunity to speak with our current Registered Manager and Operations Manager. If you are passionate about supporting a team and visiting professionals, to make a difference, we look forward to receiving your application.

Required : Driving licence and use of a vehicle. Management experience within a nursing home.
