**Job Summary:**

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team at one of our nursing homes.

**About the Role:**

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, maintaining budgets, and leading and supporting the team to deliver high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the nursing home operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate budgets and financial records, ensuring timely submission of reports.
  • Lead and support the team to deliver person-centred care, through assessment, guidance, and supervision.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven management experience within a nursing home setting.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle.
