Our client is an industry leader in the automotive manufacturing space that produces suspension components for motorcycles, automobiles, all-terrain vehicles, side-by-sides, trophy trucks, snowmobiles, and mountain bikes. They are looking for a Director of Aftermarket Sales to join the team.

The Director, Aftermarket Sales (Europe) is responsible for the profitability and strategic growth of the aftermarket segment across all of Europe.

This role involves formulating and executing high-level sales strategies, overseeing diverse sales channels, spearheading market expansion initiatives, fostering robust customer relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team.

The Director of Aftermarket Sales will provide strategic insights to the executive team, forecast market trends, set ambitious sales targets, and drive overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years sales leadership experience
  • In-depth experience in the aftermarket and/or bicycle industry a huge plus
  • Ability to speak German (language proficiency level C)
