You will be an integral part of the team supporting Pharmacy Administrator Duties.

Main duties of the job

Comprehensive, effective administration and secretarial support to include the Chief Pharmacist, Senior Pharmacy Leadership team and pharmacy department.

Assurance for the smooth running of the administrative elements of the pharmacy department.

Clerical and admin support for the HR management of all staff within the Pharmacy department.

General office duties including photocopying, filing, handling internal and external mail and confidential documentation.

Provide reports detailing outstanding appraisals, mandatory training and registration details where appropriate for all staff and informing line managers when this need completing. Ensuring all records for these are up to date.
