Position Overview:
As an Audio Visual Technician you will play a crucial rolein ensuring the success of our clients events by providing topnotchaudio and visual support. This is a temporary position for 23 dayswhere you will be responsible for setting up operating andtroubleshooting audiovisual equipment to deliver seamlesspresentations and events.
Responsibilities:
Setup and Configuration: Rigand configure audiovisual equipment including projectors soundsystems microphones and lighting. Ensure allequipment is in working order and set up according to clientspecifications. Event Support: Provide onsite supportduring events including monitoring equipment troubleshootingtechnical issues and making realtime adjustments.Collaborate with event organizers to understand specificrequirements and ensure a smooth execution.Testing andMaintenance: Conductpreevent testing of audiovisual equipment to identify and addressany issues. Perform routine maintenance onequipment to ensure optimal functionality.TechnicalTroubleshooting:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly tominimize disruptions during events. Workclosely with the technical team to address any advancedchallenges.Collaboration:Coordinate with event organizers clients and othertechnicians to ensure a cohesive and synchronized audiovisualexperience. Provide clear communication andupdates on the status of equipment and technical aspects to allstakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Audio VisualTechnician or in a similar role.
- Strongknowledge of audiovisual equipment including projectors soundsystems microphones and lighting.
- Ability totroubleshoot technical issues efficiently and make realtimeadjustments.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in afastpaced environment and adapt to changingrequirements.
- Basic knowledge of eventproduction and coordination.
- Availability fora 23 day temporary onsite assignment in Nashville.
