We're looking for a Senior Contracts Manager for a role within our PFI portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a diverse and exciting industry.

 

Location: Hybrid - with frequent travel to sites across the South.

Contract: Full Time - Permanent. Monday to Friday.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll be working within the PFI Team, supporting them in overseeing contracts within our portfolio of Healthcare and Corporate estate. The Senior Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of services while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Your day to day will include:

  • Lead contract management activities, including negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to members of the team.

  • You have extensive experience in contract management, with a focus on facilities management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IWFM, MBA) would be advantageous
