M&A TeamAdministrator

We have afantastic opportunity for a M&A Team AdministrationCoordinator to join our growing and ambitious team. In this roleyou will assist with supporting the core M&A Team withinformation processing and management of 'Deal Origination' and'Pipeline' administration. This will include, but not be limitedto:

  • Supporting with logging,administrationand management of new M&A acquisitionopportunities.
  • Producingreports for the M&A Team detailing the Inflows and Outflowsof acquisitionopportunities.
  • Teamwide diary management, including scheduling meetings with externalparties.
  • Assistingwith the administration for multiple simultaneous acquisitionopportunities at differently stages; including the preparation ofletters, formsand other formaldocumentation

SpecificResponsibilities

The keyduties of the roleare:

  • Maintainingthe M&A PipelineCRM.
  • Assisting withthe design and implementation and migration to a newCRM.
  • Set up &maintain digital filingsystem.
  • Manage Diaries& Bookmeetings.
  • Attendinternal and external meetings to document decisions and assignedactioned.
  • ProduceMonthly ManagementReports

Due to the nature of the business,the role may also include additional responsibilities consideredreasonable.

Thesuccessful candidate needs to be motivated,friendly andprofessional at all times. They will be confident and professionaland able to hold conversations with third parties, representing thecompany in a professional manner.

They will also be skilled in, orhave the abilitytolearn:

  • IT andoffice software packages including Teams, Outlook, Excel,Word andPowerPoint.
  • Productionof concise business correspondence; proofreading for grammar,spelling andpunctuation with a high degree ofaccuracy.
  • Showinginitiative and a proactive approach totasks.
  • Outstandingcommunication skills at alllevels.
  • Analytical andproactive problem-solvingskills.
  • Ability towork as part of a team and able to work with colleagues often invirtual environments such as MicrosoftTeams.

Location:Remote

Hours:Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35hours)

Salary:Competitive dependant on experience andqualifications
