The following are the core responsibilities of the PCN administration assistant/digital lead. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks. This will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels. a.

To maintain and enhance collaborative relationships across the PCN, as guided by the PCN Business Manager. b. To undertake calendar management and effectively organise meetings and events. c.

To maintain, improve and develop administration systems involving proficient use of MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ability to touch type. d. To monitor performance of the PCN through contract performance software available using emis web and Ardens to help the PCN successfully achieve the requirements of the PCN Network DES. e.

To process documentation, file and store records as required f. To provide general administrative support the PCN Business Manager in their role g. To support the Clinical Directors with general administrative tasks as requested h. To support in the delivery of PCN Network DES and other service requirements on behalf of the PCN i.

To undertake all mandatory training and induction programmes j. To contribute to and embrace the spectrum of clinical governance k. To attend a formal appraisal with their manager at least every 12 months. Once a performance/training objective has been set, progress will be reviewed on a regular basis so that new objectives can be agreed l.

To contribute to public health campaigns (e.g., flu clinics) through advice or direct care m. To maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times
