As the broker market continues to evolve at a rapid rate, it is vital that we adapt our approach, which is why we have a Broker Proposition Manager to join our team. This is a great job for someone to design, develop and deliver broker propositions, to support our UK General Insurance strategy
Please note this role will require UK wide travel and you will ideally be located at a feasible distance to both London and Norwich.
A bit about the job:
The Broker Propositions Team is at the centre of our distribution approach and in recent years has been responsible for the development of key initiatives. Our solutions and approach have been described by business leaders as ‘the secret sauce’ behind our success and as the complexity of running an independent brokerage increases, we continue to develop new initiatives to help brokers to be better brokers. A key success factor will be the development of our approach that ensures we expand our proposition reach, beyond independent brokers, developing support and initiatives with larger strategic accounts
You will craft the key elements that will drive the development of propositions and proposition initiatives to drive a greater connection between Aviva and our preferred brokers. You will influence the delivery of propositions messages through sales meetings, broker visits and regional forums and be responsible for the management of third-party proposition suppliers to ensure key deliverables are met. You will enjoy working in a collaborative, creative and challenging environment and play a role in crafting solutions that will underpin Aviva’s regional broking strategy.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Previous Proposition Development/Management experience Strong project management skills, partnered with good relationship development skills Insurance market experience and/or broking landscape understanding is desirable Creative spark and inquisitive by nature Ability to problem solve and utilise insights to provide innovative solutions through to deliveryWhat you’ll get for this role:
