We are currently recruiting for a Head of Proposition to be a part of our Retail General Insurance (GI) team.

Our Retail business is a key growth engine within GI - Personal Lines and directly attract customers through our Aviva, Quote Me Happy and General Accident Brands. Our strategy is to utilise our brands to deliver differentiated propositions designed to attract different customer segments and provide them all with the great service that they require.

A bit about the job:
As the Head of Proposition, you will be responsible for the design and continuous improvement of our Retail propositions, champion a customer focused culture, overseeing and driving improvements in customer outcomes. Along with leading on project change delivering in line with plans and continuously improving our cost and speed to market and be the business owner of our technology strategy, whilst working with the CIO to drive delivery of agreed outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Experience in understanding customer needs and translating in to launching and improving propositions and customer experiences, including knowledge of product sets, conduct regime, and customer needs
- General Insurance and Personal Lines or Financial Services experience are highly desirable
- Good leadership - leading teams and fostering inclusive, challenging, engaging environments for people to do their best work
- Strong delivery focus - able to manage high volume of deliveries concurrently - balancing priorities whilst delivering on time/budget. Highly organised and structured
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders

- Salary national circa £115,000 London circa £130,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
