Head of Claims Service Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Claims Service Management team. As Head of Claims Service Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our surveying services proposition across various UK sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the surveying services proposition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate surveying services into existing Marsh services, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Assess project and operational costs, providing recommendations based on cost-effectiveness and potential return on investment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to surveying services, incorporating them into the development and delivery of services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as surveying, engineering, or a related discipline with RICS or similar professional status.
- Proven surveying services experience in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to insurance surveying services.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
