Job Opportunity

We are seeking a high quality and accomplished Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our established, dynamic and highly respected market leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice covering the Norwich & Norfolk region.

This role requires a pro-active and results-driven individual who can lead generation and demonstrate success in protection advice and recommendation business. You must have broker experience of 2 years or more and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to attend regular sales meetings and visit sites on a weekly basis. You will also need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have a strong understanding of the mortgage and protection industry.

Earnings potential is realistically in the region of £50 - £60K pa, with a fantastic employed package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and business development
  • Protection advice and recommendation business
  • Relationship management of developer accounts
  • Attending regular sales meetings and site visits
  • Meeting and exceeding targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of broker experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
