About the Role: 

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be selling our platform across a set named target accounts. You will sell directly into C-Suite and to director-level personas in the enterprise space, while also building and developing a successful Enterprise Sales team. This role is critical to the continued success of the company, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and inspire the team with new and compelling ideas. 

A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Account Manager: 

Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers and own the interface (onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue)As an owner of assigned accounts, you will place an emphasis on identifying and communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realizing forecasted revenue on or ahead of scheduleServe as the team's internal expert in a particular verticalsExperience building long-term and successful customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skillsTrack record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successfulAbility to negotiate successfully, prior and after a contract is signedExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levelsAbility to manage execution of significant or complex contracts including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedulesManage and update the pipeline of opportunities within SalesForceAvailability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and meetings

What You’ll Need For This Position:

6+ years of business development or account management experienceFluent in French is a plus6+ years working with customers to support a technical product/serviceExperience building long-term and successful customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skillsSignificant technical knowledge of design software or related technologyAbility to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or featuresTrack record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successfulAbility to negotiate successfullyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levelsExperience in the technology industry is strongly preferred but we will consider candidates with experience selling software as a service productAvailability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and meetings
