- EMEA Payroll Specialist, Cambridge - 18M FTC- To support the EMEA People team with _providing_ a professional, _accurate_, _confidential_ and efficient payroll service that enables the smooth delivery of Payroll processes to all functions within AVEVA. You will be supporting and processing the EMEA payrolls,_ managing the outsourced process._

**Responsibilities**:- Support internal & external audits across EMEA
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll process of assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with out-sourced provider
- Responsible for delivering payroll/accounting month end procedures
- Work with the business to answer complex payroll queries
- Support HR function to resolve payroll related issues
- Ensuring completion of appropriate statutory returns and other statutory reporting information
- Dealing with all payroll related queries directly and confidently
- Maintaining information in accordance with legal and company requirements of retention and confidentiality
- Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of company and legislative requirements in area of responsibility and advising colleagues on the impact of any changes or improvements put forward or requiredSkills and Qualifications-
- At least 2 years experience within an EMEA payroll environment
- Experienced customer service skills
- Experience of working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe
- Microsoft Office excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBeneficial Skills and Qualifications-
- Experience of Finance processes including GL management
- Workday
