Role Overview:

The Financial Services Administrator will be responsiblefor providing comprehensive administrative support to the financialadvisors and ensuring the smooth operation of the firms services.This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy ofclient documentation managing communications and supporting thedaytoday activities of the advisory team. The ideal candidate willpossess strong organisational skills attention to detail and aproactive approach to administrative tasks.

KeyResponsibilities:

AdministrativeSupport: Provide essential administrative assistance to financialadvisors including scheduling meetings preparing documents andmanaging correspondence.

Client Documentation:Handle the preparation processing and maintenance of clientdocumentation ensuring all records are accurate anduptodate.

Communication Management: Serve as apoint of contact for clients managing inquiries and ensuring promptand professional responses.

Data Management:Maintain and update client databases and records ensuring dataintegrity and confidentiality.

Compliance andProcedures: Assist in ensuring all client interactions anddocumentation comply with regulatory requirements and companypolicies.

Coordination: Work closely withfinancial advisors and other team members to facilitate thedelivery of client services and ensure seamlessoperations.

Continuous Improvement: Identifyopportunities for improving administrative processes and contributeto the implementation of more efficient procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrativerole preferably within the financial services or wealth managementindustry.

Education: A relevant degree orcertification in administration finance or a related field ispreferred.

Organisational Skills: Strongorganisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye fordetail and accuracy.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto interact professionally with clients and team members.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and experience with financial software or CRM systems isadvantageous.

Proactive Approach: A proactiveand resourceful attitude with the ability to anticipate needs andtake initiative in completing tasks.

TeamPlayer: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentand contribute positively to the company culture.
