The key responsibilities for this role will be:

- Understand the key elements to each TPC relationship including dealing and settlement.
- Maintain relationships with the main points of contact for all TPC providers.
- Maintain accurate data relating to account numbers, portals and trading requirements.
- Ensure trades are booked out accurately and without delay.
- Respond to IM queries relating to manual and external orders.
- Liaise with other operational teams to facilitate timely settlement.
- Maintain a list of CASS 8 mandate accounts
- Responsible for executing foreign exchange deal requests:

- Ensure deals are processed in a timely manner but utilising pooling capabilities to achieve economies of scale.
- Check all trades are processed correctly and amend if required prior to trading.
- Ensure changes to FX margin are approved and enacted pre trading.
- Manage hedging and limit orders efficiently.
- Dealing with any queries and correcting positions due to error / omission.
- Reporting FX trade and profit statistics on a monthly basis.
- Ensure procedure documents are kept up to date at all times.
- SME involvement in any ad hoc projects directly or indirectly affecting FX and TPC processes.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Senior Financial Services Administrator require:

- Previous experience working with financial services would be advantageous
- Strong administration skill set
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly to key persons / teams.
- High level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quickly.
- Adaptable and flexible, and able to accept responsibility for given tasks.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels.
