RoleOverview:

Coordination: Work closely withfinancial advisors and other team members to facilitate thedelivery of client services and ensure seamlessoperations.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrativerole preferably within the financial services or wealth managementindustry.
Education: A relevant degree orcertification in administration finance or a related field ispreferred.
Organisational Skills: Strongorganisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye fordetail and accuracy.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto interact professionally with clients and team members.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and experience with financial software or CRM systems isadvantageous.
Proactive Approach: A proactiveand resourceful attitude with the ability to anticipate needs andtake initiative in completing tasks.
