We want to be the water company people want to be supplied by and want to work for.
We understand that people often have other commitments in addition to work, so we offer part-time positions with flexible hours. You must be able to work at least 17 hours each week. This can be spread across a minimum of 3 evenings per week 17:00 – 21:00 and working each Saturday 08:00 – 13:00.
You would need to be able to join induction programme which runs Monday-Friday for the first 3 weeks between 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday. You would then move to part time evening hours once your training has been completed.
This role offers a lot of challenges and variety. Responsibilities include assisting customers with water bills, refunds, payment plans, and change of occupier, as well as addressing issues with water supply. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We provide full training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

Provide an excellent customer experience by being flexible to resolve all customer contacts within the company timescales and contribute to customer satisfaction score. GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (or equivalent) Live within a commutable distance to our office in Snodland, Kent. You’ll be on-site for your induction training. Passionate about excellent customer service. Determined to find the best solutions to problems. Having previous customer service experience would be beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What can you expect from us?
