About us

The Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) aims to create a supportive workplace that values the voice of staff. There will be opportunities to contribute to the development the organisation and to access a package of staff development and support.

NSFT provides child and adult mental health, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's, and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

This is an exciting time to join NSFT, as we are all committed to its continuous improvement and we can see how our efforts are resulting in positive change.

Our values and behaviours are a set of guiding principles that we aspire to live up to every day. More than 1,300 service users, carers and staff worked together to create these and our overall goal of 'working together for better mental health'.

Part of this is the belief that staff should feel valued by their employers so that they are truly engaged and that the best service is provided to our service users that is possible.

Furthermore, we are committed to co-production and championing people's lived experience of mental health throughout the whole Trust, including within our KUF Team, a well-established Recovery College and People Participation.
