Data entry and retrieval into/from Trust Electronic Systems, to support data quality and Locality Business performance. Typing, minute taking, diary management.

General Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. To receive and process information from the teams including typing, photocopying and faxing documents. Maintaining Filing systems as per Trust Policy and Procedures. To provide flexible support and cover across the Locality Teams as indicated by Service need and under direction of Locality Business/ Administration Manageror their deputy.
