**About us**

Able2B was set up 4 years ago to provide children and adults with disabilities the opportunity to improve their day to day function. The co-founders of Able2B are Jon Thaxton, retired professional boxer/personal trainer and Rachael Hutchinson, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Jon Thaxton has many years of experience as both a boxer and trainer. His years as a professional boxer, where he won major European and British titles, followed by vast experience as a personal trainer have given him the experience to understand how to get the most out of training and also made him an amazing motivator-helping people reach their goals and believe in their abilities.

Rachael Hutchinson has been an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Norwich for over 14 years, treating children and adults with physical disability and neuromuscular problems. She recognised that without some element of training little and often the outcomes of her clinical work were limited. Methods also need to grow and change with the client. Hence why she set up Able2B. Her experience in optimising function in these patients and understanding the medical issues that may arise, means she can support Jon in identifying how each individual can benefit most
