Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a management team ofTalent Acquisitions leaders insupporting hiring needs of the EMEAcontact centers

Understand all critical businessinitiatives and goals for eachbusiness unit

Serve as a trustworthy advisor in relationships withkeyleaders across different levels within the company

Deliver talent acquisition solutions that positivelyimpact thesuccess of the business

Manage andsupport specialists to ensure an exceptionalcandidateexperience

Monitor and provide progressreporting on each goal andproject

Be theultimate point of contact for escalated complex TalentAcquisitionissues

Participate in task forces focused oncompanywide humanresources and people initiatives

Collaborate with corporate support teams such aslearningand development and operations in order to drivebusinesssuccess

REQUIREMENTS:

Provenexperience leading a large Talent Acquisition teamfocused onhighvolume multilingual recruiting preferably ina BPOsetting.

Experience managing recruiting effortsin key EMEA regionsincluding the UK Greece Poland Egypt SouthAfricaBulgaria and Rwanda

Proficiency of variousTalent Acquisition and human capitaldisciplines such as marketingtalent assessmentcompensation and employee relations

Familiarity with HR systems compensation strategiesandstatistical methods

Ability to positivelyinfluence leaders and team members withdifferingperspectives

Skilled at building trustedrelationships at Director levelmanagement and above

Metricsoriented approach to track performance anddriveimprovements

Understanding of specificrecruiting needs within the contactcenter industry

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyCertification in process improvement (white belt orabove)

along with a Bachelor’s/Master's degree in related field willbe considered as anadvantage
