Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for everything linked to attracting, assessing, recruiting, training, developing, and retaining the great talent we need to unlock rapid, quality growth.

  • Setting our long-term talent attraction and skills strategy, including understanding the availability of labour (now and projected) to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled and unskilled talent.
  • Managing a large multi-skilled organisation, challenging everyone to think big, test new approaches, and move fast.
  • Owning market analysis to continually iterate and improve our supply and training forecasting tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of running large, multi-functional teams, with familiarity with field-based or remote organisations.
  • A track record of working within complex regulatory environments and developing scalable processes which adhere to compliance standards.
  • The ability to synthesise complex analysis (often with missing or imperfect information) to enable teams to define the best route forward.
