About You:
This is an excellent opportunity that will allow successful applicants to take their first step on the leadership ladder. You’ll get comprehensive ‘on the job’ experience, distance learning and guidance from a sponsor manager throughout your development journey. We’ll give you all of the tools, coaching and support to succeed, but you’ll need to show us:

• Confidence in working to key performance objectives
This isn’t a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 role. However, as someone who understands great customer experiences, you wouldn’t expect it to be. Alternate Saturday working 8.45 – 12.15 would be required with lieu time given during the week.
The role will require frequent travel between different branch locations, therefore access to a vehicle and a full driving licence is essential.
