This is an excellent opportunity to join our team to assist in the day to day interaction with our customers
**The main responsibilities include**:
Being the first point of contact for our service, parts and sales customers
Meeting and greeting customers professionally and establishing their needs
Answering telephone calls and enquires and dealing with them appropriately
Ensuring a positive and excellent customer experience
Manage administration of our dealer management system, updating customers details and vehicles
Be computer literate ensuring data accuracy at all times
Team working with all departments
Understand and follow brand requirements
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours)
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
