Overview:

We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both, making outbound calls to potential customers, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team and also making outbound calls on behalf of our clients, generating interest in their products and services, and scheduling appointments for their sales team. The role will require you to work closely with Excel & Google spreadsheets, so proficiency in Excel is a must.

Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to potential customers, that will primarily be marketing contacts and/or directors of businesses, and generate interest in our products and services

• Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects

• Make outbound calls to professionals within the UK legal industry, generating interest in our clients’ products and services

• Scheduling appointments for our clients’ sales team with interested prospects

• Manage and update customer information in Excel spreadsheets

• Use effective communication and sales techniques to convert leads into appointments

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with prospects to maintain interest in our products and services

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets


Requirements:


• Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines

• Can confidently create professional emails and messages on LinkedIn

• Must be based within 20 miles of Derby, UK
