The position we are looking to fill will be a key member of the team highly contributing to team sales targets and profitability. Upgrading our current customers and adding additional products. If your self motivated and hungry to earn money this is the role to be in.
Position: Senior In-life Sales representative
Convenient Location: Fareham Office - Cams Hall Estate, The Orangery.

Social Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 (One 8am start required per week - usually Mondays)
*
Generous Salary: Basic wage of £27k per annum (Realistic OTE of £70k+)
Uncapped commission structure - No limit to your earning potential

Experience required: A minimum of 1 year experience in telesales OR 1 year of experience in another sales environment (car sales, insurance, energy sales etc).
Daily responsibilities:
- Calling our current customers to upgrade their mobile phone packages
- Creating excellent customer relationships
- Adding additional products to current customers.
- Pitching and closing self generated leads
- Hitting sales targets and KPI's set by sales director
- Keeping records of completed deals and profits
- Inputting accurate customer information into a network contract
- Guiding customers through signing a contract over the phone
- Maintaining excellent customer service
Qualities you must have:
You are an established sales professional with a proven track record of hitting targets and achieving high profitability.
You have an excellent telephone manner; you build and maintain brilliant relationships with customers.
You are extremely self motivated and always strive for success.
You have a good knowledge of sales processes and can comfortably use your existing skillset to adapt to new situations.
