Omega, a prominent player in the engineering and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Systems Architect to enhance our engineering team. This role is pivotal in the development of structured engineering solutions tailored for the aerospace and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities – Lead Systems Architect

  • Identify and articulate requirements through a methodical and thorough approach to requirements analysis, posing insightful questions to ensure comprehensive understanding.
  • Design and execute systems engineering solutions, encompassing detailed design, modeling, performance enhancement, and technical evaluations.
  • Organize and document system verification methodologies, including simulations, analyses, system tests, unit tests, component tests, integration tests, regression tests, stress tests, acceptance tests, qualification tests, and flight tests as necessary.
  • Produce deliverables that satisfy all technical and quality standards by adhering to stringent configuration management, review, and change control processes.
  • Assist in formulating plans, estimates, task lists, and risk management strategies to support program goals, project assessments, and proposals.
  • Engage with clients, various engineering disciplines, and internal teams throughout the development lifecycle, including client locations as required.
  • Conduct internal project tasks and liaise with external subcontractors, maintaining a constructive and goal-focused demeanor.
  • Contribute to ongoing process enhancements, aligning with the company's business and strategic objectives.
  • Perform additional engineering-related duties as required.

  • Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications and a solid understanding of PC operating systems
