The Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager. You’ll work closely with our London-based team and play a key role in shaping the future of our commercial efforts. This is your chance to make an impact in healthcare and experience massive personal and career growth.


What You’ll be doing


- Build relationships with new dental practices and drive platform adoption.

- Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing contracts.

- Leverage outbound strategies like cold calling and referrals to grow your portfolio.

- Oversee client accounts and ensure maximum usage and satisfaction with the platform.

- You’ll be juggling multiple dental practice owners, so your ability to manage and grow relationships will be key.

- Expect to be out in the field, visiting practices, strategising with stakeholders, and leading growth initiatives.


Who We’re Looking For


- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-intensity sales role.

- Proven success in selling to dental practice owners/managers.

- Track record of building a pipeline and smashing targets.

- Organised, resourceful, and efficient at managing multiple tasks.

- Willingness to travel across the UK and engage in both remote and face-to-face sales.

- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to make a significant impact.
