The Role:
Your main mission is to manage inbound and outbound communications for our Indian market, providing high-quality responses through the following channels:
- Phone
- Social Media
You will also provide your expertise on our product and solutions, identifying any issues to better meet customer needs.
Thanks to your experience, you will be able to spot recurring issues and share them with the technical and operational teams.
Profile We Are Looking For:
For this position, we are looking for a candidate who recognizes themselves in the following statements:

- Your spoken and written English is flawless
- Fluency in another language is a plus

Our Selection Process:
- 15-minute phone interview to introduce Superprof and discuss mutual expectations
- Written test
- Interview at our offices with the Manager and Customer Relations Director
Fees for Service:
€16 per hour

Le rôle :
Votre mission principale est d’assurer le traitement des contacts et des communications entrants et sortants pour notre marché indien, en apportant une réponse de qualité via les canaux suivants
- téléphone
- réseaux sociaux
Vous apportez également, votre expertise sur notre produit, nos solutions, et vous identifiez les anomalies rencontrées afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins clients.
Grâce à votre expérience, vous êtes capable d’identifier les dysfonctionnements et les dérives récurrentes pour les partager avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles.
Profil recherché :
Pour cette mission, nous recherchons un profil (F/H) se reconnaissant dans les affirmations suivantes:
- Vous avez une expertise reconnue dans le domaine de la Relation Clients
- Vous avez le contact facile et le sens de l’échange et de la communication
- Vous avez la volonté d’aider et de résoudre les problèmes
- Votre expression orale et écrite de l’anglais est parfaite
- Parler couramment une autre langue est un plus
- Vous savez rester calme et serein(e) dans les situations de conflit
- Vous avez une grande capacité d’adaptation (nos outils et nos stratégies évoluent rapidement)
Notre process de sélection :
- Entretien téléphonique de 15 minutes pour vous présenter Superprof et vous donner envie de nous rejoindre. Nous en profiterons également pour voir si nos attentes respectives sont compatibles.
- Test écrit
- Entretien dans nos locaux avec les Manager et Directrice Relation Clients
Fees for service: 16€ l’heure
