Salary: Circa £120k base salary + uncapped OTE

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Leader to build and develop our client's sales presence in the UK. This pivotal role involves establishing new business, driving revenue growth, and laying the foundation for future expansion in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate must also be able to effectively sell offshore projects, leveraging global resources to meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and market presence from the ground up.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Selling Offshore Projects: Effectively communicate and sell the benefits of offshore projects, leveraging global resources to provide cost-effective and high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the East Coast market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology landscape and a deep understanding of digital transformation solutions.
  • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets without the support of an existing team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
